VEG EGG is a food supplement based on proteins concentrated from egg white, soy and peas (approximately 80%) with Vitamin B12 and Iron. In addition to egg white (a natural protein source that is so rich in essential amino acids and branched-chain amino acids that nutritionists regard it as the reference standard for the determination of quality and digestibility of proteins), the exclusive VEG EGG formula provides plant protein (soy and peas), KYOWA 100% L-Glutamine, Iron and Vitamin B12.
One portion (30 g) of VEG EGG provides: Energy value 102 kcal (432 kJ), Fats 0.7 g/of which saturated fatty acids 0.2 g, Carbohydrates 0.7 g/of which sugars 0 g, Fibre 1 g, Protein 23 g, Salt 0.9 g, Vitamin B12 3.8 mcg (150% NRV*), Iron 14 mg (100% NRV*), L-Glutamine 2 g.

Directions for use
The recommended dose is 30 g (2 heaped scoops) dissolved in 250 ml of water, milk or other liquids according to taste.
